Project Overview

The customer from Thailand was looking for a modern modular building that could be quickly transported and installed on-site. After discussing the project requirements, they selected our 6-meter steel structure Apple Cabin design.

The order included:

• Quantity: 4 units
• Cabin Length: 6 meters
• Structure: Steel frame construction
• Delivery Condition: Empty cabin
• Electrical System: Pre-installed wiring
• Exterior Finish: Modern Apple Cabin design with large glass doors and windows

Although the cabins were delivered without interior furniture or partitions, all electrical wiring was completed in advance according to the customer's requirements. This approach allows the customer to carry out interior decoration locally, saving shipping costs while providing greater flexibility for the final layout.

Why the Customer Chose Empty Cabins

Many overseas customers prefer to purchase modular cabins as empty units rather than fully furnished buildings. For this Thailand project, the customer already had a local construction team and specific plans for the interior design.

By ordering empty cabins, the customer could:

Pre-Installed Electrical Wiring

One important requirement from the customer was that all electrical wiring should be completed before shipment.
